The former Astralis player has found a new home for at least two months

Johannes "⁠b0RUP⁠" Borup has not taken long to find a new team after his contract with Astralis expired at the end of 2023. The 24-year-old, who had been moved to the bench in November, will be back in action with Sashi in the new year, although his new contract is a short one for the time being, the organization has revealed, as it will just be for a two-month period.

This signing rounds out Sashi's roster after a wild 2023 in which 18 different players appearead for the team at different times. They recently announced Frederik "⁠Fessor⁠" Sørensen and Nikolaj "⁠niko⁠" Kristensen as new additions going into the new year, the latter on loan, joining Mikkel "⁠n1Xen⁠" Borlund and Martin "⁠nut nut⁠" Holm Vestergaard.

b0RUP will bring Nicolai "⁠HUNDEN⁠" Petersen's squad plenty of experience, not only from his last stint in Astralis, but also his time in MAD Lions, HEROIC and Tricked, where he played alongside or under his new coach.

Good for him. Less stress than playing on Astralis. At least that hairline will stop receiving at the rate of 1cm/year. Anyways, I feel like the fact that niko and HUNDEN end up on the same roster after the whole Heroic fiasco, really paints a genuine picture of what the Danish scene has become.
