FURIA qualify for Copenhagen over Complexity
Complexity drop to the 2-1 bracket, with Liquid awaiting them for an all-or-nothing match for the Major.

FURIA have qualified for their seventh Major in a row by going 3-0 at the Americas RMR, knocking Complexity down to the elimination 2-1 games in the process.
The Brazilians had Kaike "KSCERATO" Cerato to rely on all series long as the best player in the Americas dropped 99.5 ADR to provide some stability in a fiery back-and-forth series.
"The main goal for us is to, long-term, win tournaments," Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo said to the desk. "I want to win my third Major, I have to stop eventually. It's time!"

Complexity, meanwhile, have been denied by FalleN at the RMR once again and now drop to the 2-1 pool for a bout with Liquid, where a win will send them to Copenhagen, and a loss will send them home.
Both teams are victims of the initial seeding process. Liquid came into the event as the fourth highest-ranked team by HLTV ranking, yet were the 15th seed at the RMR as Valve's regional standings had not been updated since December.
Overpass was Complexity's pick but they were slow out of the gates on T side as FURIA ran into a 7-1 lead. Some missteps from the Brazilians on offense, with the clock running out as FURIA attempted several last-minute maneuvers. A breakthrough was made at 10-10 as coL's bank was broken only for FURIA to nearly throw it away running into A with 15 seconds left. Fortunately, FalleN was there and the map was closed out 13-10.
Vertigo saw FURIA with the early lead again, before a stunning quad kill from Håkon "hallzerk" Fjærli on the Desert Eagle turned the game on its head. Craziness ensued, with Andrei "arT" Piovezan falling to his death down Ladder, flanks on flanks in post-plants on B, and several frantic retakes on the A site as the sides entered overtime.
There, Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski — who had tussled with arT all game at the top of the board — took over and Complexity won all three T side rounds before winning the map 16-13.
Nuke, yet again, was all FURIA early on but Complexity rallied and after winning the second pistol the score was 7-7 with the game tilted in their favor, as the CT side.
But FURIA would not let the North Americans garner any hope of another comeback, dominating EliGE Outside and out-calling Johnny "JT" Theodosiou to win six T rounds in a row to seal a 13-7 map win to book their tickets to PGL Major Copenhagen.
