CCT Season 2 Europe Series 1CCT Europe Series 1 group teams announced
Guild Eagles, PARIVISION, and BLEED are among the teams invited to the Swiss stage.
GRID has announced the 12 invited teams for the CCT Season 2 Europe Series 1 group stage, which will be joined by four teams from the play-in, where the likes of 1win, Sangal, or Illuminar are currently competing.
The $50,000 tournament, which will run on April 21-May 4, will have 24 participating teams in total, however, once the playoffs come around, as eight teams will be invited straight into the single-elimination best-of-three bracket.
Among the invited teams are some right outside of the top 30, such as Guild Eagles, Nemiga, BLEED or SINNERS, while academies in the form of Young Ninjas and MOUZ NXT are also present.
One notable presence is that of ex-Preasy, considering that Fredrik "roeJ" Jørgensen and Ismail "refrezh" Ali announced they were hitting the free agent market not long after coach Daniel "Vorborg" Vorborg stepped down, which threw the team's future up in the air.
