FlyQuest qualify for Esports World Cup
The Australian squad breezed through the Oceania qualifier without dropping a map.

FlyQuest have grabbed the Esports World Cup berth on offer to the Oceania region by cruising flawlessly through the closed qualifier, taking down Mindfreak, Rooster and Bad News Kangaroos on their way to qualification.
FlyQuest did not drop a map throughout the closed qualifier and the majority they played were blowout wins, although they were made to sweat in an overtime win over Rooster and in a 13-11 victory over Bad News Kangaroos in the first map of the final.

Considering their imperious run it was no surprise that all of FlyQuest's players finished towards the top of the charts for rating across the qualifier, Joshua "INS" Potter (1.38) being the pick of the bunch, but it was actually Rooster rifler Corey "nettik" Browne (1.45) who was the highest-rated player overall.
FlyQuest can now look forward to a third significant LAN appearance in the near future, as they already have campaigns at ESL Pro League and IEM Dallas to undertake before the player break.
