Eight teams will compete in the DreamHack Summer tournament for $100,000 and a spot in the ESL Pro League.

The MongolZ come fresh from their first international victory

ESL Challenger Jönköping will start on June 14, with eight teams competing for the $50,000 lion's share of the prize pool and a spot in the ESL Pro League. The tournament will have two days of group stage followed by the playoffs on Championship Sunday.

The event will take place, as usual, at the Elmia Congress and Concert Hall in Jönköping, Sweden, as part of the DreamHack festival.

Complexity come into the tournament as the only top 10 team, in tenth place, but are followed closely by The MongolZ, in 11th place, who are traveling fresh off championship runs at MESA Nomadic Masters and YaLLa Compass.

Falcons will also be in attendance, currently 15th in the world, and MIBR, 19th, making up the rest of the top 20 contingent. The rest of the field is populated by Aurora, ENCE, Party Astronauts, and the hometown heroes of Alliance.

Group Stage

Two double-elimination GSL groups of four teams. Opening and winners' matches are best-of-one, elimination, and decider matches are best-of-three. The top two teams from each group advance to the playoffs.

Playoffs

Single-Elimination bracket, top seed of Group A plays second in Group B and vice-versa. All matches are best-of-three.
