PZ win Finnish EPS Nordic qualifier

Playzone claimed the first place in the Finnish qualifier for ESL Pro Series Nordic II with a stunning 16-0 win against eXelon.

Not many could touch Playzone in the qualifier and finishing off in style, Playzone managed a 16-0 win in the final that secured them the spot to ESL Pro Series Nordic II. While Playzone secured direct access, eXelon and munkka will both enter the Last Chance Qualifier, playing against second and third placed teams from Denmark and Norway, joined by third and fourth place from Sweden.

Playzone hereby join fnatic, SK Gaming, H2k Gaming and mTw, who up until now were the only teams qualified for ESL Pro Series Nordic II. The Last Chance Qualifier is expected to start Thursday this week.

Got to say that this team impresses me a lot. You could believe that the finnish cs-scene would fall apart after the loss of 4 power-gaming players. But these guys may very well bring back som glory to the finnish scene.
