BC.Game add anarkez

GuardiaN's coaching project has announced its first member.

BC.Game have signed Guy "⁠anarkez⁠" Trachtman as the first piece of a puzzle being assembled by head coach Ladislav "⁠GuardiaN⁠" Kovács.

GuardiaN told HLTV of his desire to build a team "with who deserve more chances to showcase their true potential" and journeyman anarkez, who has a 1.14 rating in 2024, fits the bill.

"GuardiaN was my idol when I started my career," anarkez said in a comment to HLTV. "When he wrote to me that he might have an opportunity for me in BC.Game, I was excited [because it's] not everyday I will have a chance to work under a legendary awper.

"When he told me that he really believes in me after watching me playing, it just gives a confidence boost.

"I got offers from projects but nothing that felt safe to work with. I think this is going to be great for me, and I can reach my true potential with GuardiaN and the players he picked for this Team."

The 24-year-old AWPer was last seen in Secret, who released their squad at the start of June.

anarkez has been bouncing around tier-two teams since arriving on the scene in an earlier iteration of Secret before the pandemic.

He later impressed on LAN with Finest at Pinnacle Cup in 2022, but has failed to secure similar opportunities in the time since.

BC.Game will now turn their attention to securing the services of an in-game leader and three fragging riflers. The team is now:
