SPUNJ, Striker and NER0 will attempt to make sense of the malbsMd and Snax additions, role clashes and what else is going on with the new G2.

Can the new G2 solve their difficult role puzzle?

A special episode of HLTV Confirmed will go live today at 16:00 on HLTV's Twitch channel featuring Chad "⁠SPUNJ⁠" Burchill, Milan "⁠Striker⁠" Švejda and guest Harry "NER0" Richards.

The trio will break down the new G2, who have just replaced Nemanja "⁠nexa⁠" Isaković and Rasmus "⁠HooXi⁠" Nielsen with Mario "⁠malbsMd⁠" Samayoa and Janusz "⁠Snax⁠" Pogorzelski, and try to answer the following questions and more.

Would they have been better off with Nikola "⁠NiKo⁠" Kovač as the IGL? What other options were there? How could G2 solve the difficult role puzzle now? Is Snax's history with Wiktor "⁠TaZ⁠" Wojtas a good or a bad thing?

i hope they talk about the change in G2 map pool and finally moving away from vertigo and back towards mirage and nuke which eliminates alot of 'clashes'.

I don't understand why people are hating on these roster changes. These changes are a breath of fresh air. Snax has proven worthy of being an IGL that is capable both at leading and at fragging (which G2 needed someone who can carry his own weight as an IGL). You have a 2nd shot caller in Niko and then comes TaZ into the mix to reinforce the reigns as Coach reuniting with Snax. Also, a much needed player in Malbs to come in and prove his worth as an insane fragger and clutcher. I'd give this roster a chance.

I am not worried about Snax IGL''ing as they have other players who can help with calls on Tside. The Malbs pickup is where this gets strange. It would have made sense if Niko was moving to IGL but we see now thats not the case. I want to predict Snax and Malbs will both be posting similar stats to Hooxi & Nexxa after enough samples.
