- As usual, picking a team to go the distance is important in this format since it features a high number of rounds.

- Teams who win the upper semi-finals and upper final will receive padding for the following round.

- Since the base level prices were calculated when only five out of eight teams were confirmed, the prices are slightly different than usual.
