AMANEK returns in ESC

The German organization has signed the ex-GhoulsW lineup.

AMANEK has recorded just 14 maps on HLTV this year

ESC have announced the signing of the GhoulsW lineup to once again field a CS2 team following the release of their Ukrainian side, which featured Vladyslav "⁠bondik⁠" Nechyporchuk, in March.

ESC's new lineup is headlined by François "⁠amanek⁠" Delaunay, who returned to the lower reaches of the scene after his departure from G2 in 2022 and recently represented LDLC and GenOne.

The Frenchman has only played 14 maps during 2024, with his most recent outing being a Regional Clash Arena Europe campaign, where he averaged a 0.77 rating.

Dawid "⁠lunAtic⁠" Cieślak, a player most known for his stints in Anonymo and HONORIS, will take on the role of in-game leader in the international team, with the Pole joined by Leo "⁠Svedjehed⁠" Svedjehed, who left CPH Wolves in May.

Balkan duo Filip "⁠DEPRESHN⁠" Jarkić and Kalin "⁠KalubeR⁠" Erenditsov complete the squad that is currently on a two-week bootcamp in Germany.

The five-man lineup has already played one HLTV event under the GhoulsW tag, Regional Clash Arena Europe, where they suffered a last-place exit after losses to Zero Tenacity, ECLOT, and MOUZ NXT.
