MOUZ drop down to the lower bracket, where they will face the winner of paiN vs. Eternal Fire.
Spirit defeated MOUZ on Friday in the upper-bracket final after a marathon three-map series (Nuke 13-9, Mirage 14-16, Ancient 13-11) to qualify for the grand final of BetBoom Dacha Belgrade Season 2.
This was Spirit's first win against MOUZ since January, as Kamil "siuhy" Szkaradek and company had gone on a 5-0 map streak against the Russian side, a streak that also included a 3-0 win in the best-of-five final of the first BetBoom Dacha Belgrade.
Despite the win, Boris "magixx" Vorobiev was far from happy in the post-match interview. "There were a lot of scenarios where we played like fucking dogs," he began. "It's insane that we almost threw Ancient. We weren't calm, and we were just throwing rounds."
Spirit now await the winner of the lower bracket final, which is set to be contested between MOUZ and the winner of paiN vs. Eternal Fire.

The series began on Nuke, where MOUZ got off to a hot 6-1 start. Spirit kept their economy rolling, however, which helped them win consecutive rounds and go into the second half 4-8 down. Once the sides switched, so did the momentum, as Spirit ran riot on the map, which eventually ended 13-9 in their favor.
Mirage began with an impressive 1v3 clutch from siuhy, leading to a 6-6 tie at the half after Spirit's strong comeback, which was finally halted by Ádám "torzsi" Torzsás' 1v2 play. The second half was a tight battle, and with neither team able to pull ahead in regulation, the match went into overtime. Once there, MOUZ were the first to reach map point and converted it after a misplay by Spirit's individuals on the A site.
Ancient looked to be a comfortable win for Spirit, who ran away to a 9-3 opening half despite losing the pistol, but it wasn't to be. MOUZ then won another pistol and were kept alive by Jimi "Jimpphat" Salo's 1v2 clutch at 7-12, but Leonid "chopper" Vishnyakov and company did enough to close out a 13-11 victory after Danil "donk" Kryshkovets' 4k to make the BB Dacha grand final.
