The two Chinese squads topped ESL Challenger APAC finals in Shanghai.

TYLOO will return to Pro League after missing Season 20

TYLOO and Lynn Vision were the top two teams at the ESL Challenger League Season 48 Asia-Pacific Finals, which were played in Shanghai, China.

TYLOO went on to win the LAN in the grand final, although by then the two finalists had already secured spots at Pro League. Yi "⁠JamYoung⁠" Yang and company went into it with a 1-0 lead from the upper bracket, and then won Inferno (13-3) and Anubis (13-6) to seal the best-of-five.

Lynn Vision had come through the lower bracket, where they played ATOX in a series to secure their Pro League spot, but the Mongolians were no match for the Chinese squad, who took the series on Ancient (13-4) and Dust2 (13-8).

Bromo were the fourth team in the running at the LAN, but were eliminated in the first lower-bracket match by Lynn Vision.

Lynn Vision was invited to the RMR not qualified. They lost to the old dogs.

Tyloo's new roster formed too late for rmr qualifier owing to some contract problem, many issues waited to be adressed at that time, now they have mouseyuh as the new IGL and everything else become stable so

Pretty sure the number of teams is determined by how many spots they have. If Asia gets another one after Shanghai there will be more teams

Meanwhile 3DMax got snubbed an EPL spot and somehow a league of 10 Australian semipro teams that can't beat any real pro team get 3 invites Actual clown show tournament I'll never not be mad about how hard and competitive ECL is in Europe only for it to be basically free in minor regions 2025 can't come soon enough because I was an EPL enjoyer and now these changes are just disgusting and make me think it shouldn't even exist anymore

theres the same amount of regional slots in 2025 for epl? Why are you so angry these regions have *something* to play for? How do you expect them to be good when they dont get to actually play any games in europe. This is the only tournament on the calender that has these spots for AUS, how are you so mad about it? Theres gonna be so many tournaments next year just watch one of the 50 others and not this one, youll survive.

I understand the only other alternative would be to take away earned slots which killed a bunch of NA teams when they demolished the NA EPL but i'm mad at the principle EPL is supposed to be the best of the best and even teams that are tier 1 won't even be there now

EPL is such a joke now first paring down the team list from 32 to 24 and giving a bunch of minor regions free slots as charity sure Tyloo will actually be competitive since I think they're China's best team but look at this list of teams and tell me this + 12 VRS slots will be a good tournament plus TWO SWISS stages Just remove this from the calendar no one will blame you
