G2 to face Spirit in Shanghai Major Europe RMR B day 3

The two powerhouses will play for a spot at the Major in the 2-1 pool.

G2 have beaten Spirit five times this year

The matches for the Perfect World Shanghai Major Europe RMR B's third day of play are out, with a clash between G2 and Spirit for a spot at the Major set to play out.

Passion UA, who beat both Virtus.pro and Spirit on the first day before falling to BIG, will face HEROIC in another 2-1 match, while Virtus.pro and Sashi will play their first best-of-three at the RMR against each other to qualify for the Major.

Down in the elimination matches a Russian derby between 9 Pandas and Aurora will take place before TSM face Ninjas in Pyjamas and Eternal Fire go up against Astralis.
