juanflatroo to take short break from competition
The Kosovar star is expected to return to action only in 2025.

Into the Breach have announced that Flatron "juanflatroo" Halimi has temporarily stepped down from the roster to recover mentally from the grind of a long season.
"Burnout is a serious threat to player health in this industry, and it is vital we listen to our player's needs," Into the Breach wrote on X. "We wish him a speedy recovery as he considers his path forward."
juanflatroo has been on Into the Breach's books since June, when the British organization decided to build a new team around Owen "smooya" Butterfield. Into the Breach went on to sign Dionis "sinnopsyy" Budeci, a former teammate of juanflatroo's on Bad News Eagles, Nicolas "Keoz" Dgus and Mohammad "BOROS" Malhas to complete the squad.
That lineup lasted only a month, however, as Into the Breach moved on from BOROS and signed Hristiyan "REDSTAR" Pironkov as the new fifth player. Results have remained spotty, however, and the team is yet to break into the top 50 in the world rankings.

On X, the Kosovar player thanked the organization for being understanding of his need to take time off from the game.
"After a couple of exhausting months/year, I will take a short break to recover fully and bring back my energy and the passion for the game," he wrote. "Only up from here."
Into the Breach now are:
Owen "smooya" Butterfield
Dionis "sinnopsyy" Budeci
Nicolas "Keoz" Dgus
Hristiyan "REDSTAR" Pironkov
Gustavo "Juve" Alexandre (coach)
Flatron "juanflatroo" Halimi (break)
Karol "rallen" Rodowicz (benched)
