fnatic in tight win against UNiTED

Swedish fnatic barely defeat UNiTED on de_dust2, after a very close match.

fnatic started out as CT, winning the first round and had intentions to win the following next, but UNiTED stroke back and secured four rounds. Persson and his team quickly picked up the pace, and both teams were fighting for the one round lead, but eventually UNiTED drew the longest straw, finalizing the half-time score at 8-7.

Moving onto side change, fnatic immediately picked up five rounds before UNiTED came back into the game and secured three, with steady help from the Russian national team leader Dmitri "hooch" Bogdanov. The teams continued to race towards the ending scoreline, with UNiTED who stood the closest at 14-13, seeing a breath-taking defuse by Bogdanov. fnatic finally pulled out a three rounds win, ending the match at 16-14.

Threat is dragging the team down. I don't know why they would swap an amazing impact player like Gux with a mediocre tactician like Threat. They don't need another carn. At least they should have picked up a player like SpawN(he's still got it) or Tentpole or zet, to help with the fragging. There's only so much f0rest, dsn, and get_right can do.

Threat is a good player, but if u would bring someone in,then better bring hyvlarn,or barbarr,fresh blood,than those washed up players lol

I think experience is a million times more important than 'fresh blood'. That's why fresh blood teams will never succeed with out an experienced core. And SpawN was on fire if you watched some of his ESL demos.

Well in this case u would have 4 more than experienced players and 1 newblood,spawn was good when he was playing actively and he isnt playing anymore...u also have teams like playzone.se who are relatively inexperienced and will be able to match sk,fnatic etc in 6months or so,when they some strong praccs etc.

Fnatic have won dust2-map by pure random when carn've taken 28th round in 1/3 situation. Bad luck for Uni. And refuse of full eco in 29th round have been fatal mistake of them. Generally brilliant gaming of both teams.
