NEOFRAG joins UNiTY

UNiTY have bolstered their roster with NEOFRAG

UNiTY have announced the signing of Adam "⁠NEOFRAG⁠" Zouhar following their unsuccessful Shanghai Major Europe RMR campaign. The 23-year-old will take the place of Dominik "⁠Blogg1s⁠" Janita on the active roster after the latter parted ways with the organization on Monday.

The Czech rifler comes into the team after a turbulent period in his career, which included short-lived stints in Into the Breach, ECLOT, and SINNERS.

He departed the latter "due to factors not rooted in performance rather than team vision" in May after putting up a 1.07 rating across his tenure and has been without a team since.

NEOFRAG stood in for UNiTY in several matches since October and helped the team finish second at Tipsport MČR 2024, where he replaced Jakub "⁠M1key⁠" Krausko, whose future is also unclear after he was linked with OG earlier in the season.

UNiTY surprisingly made the Shanghai Major RMR earlier in the year, but the majority-Czech team couldn't replicate the upset potential of their countrymen, ECLOT and SINNERS, and petered out in a 0-3 campaign.

Losses to BetBoom, SAW, and GamerLegion meant they were left without a Major appearance and have thus opted for the signing of NEOFRAG to bolster their squad.
