Welcome to the HLTV Awards Community voting.

Decided 100% by the vote of active HLTV users, Community Awards will be given out for the Talent, Event, Streamer, Creator and Skin of the Year to show who the fan favorite was in 2024.

The voting will start on December 17 at 12:00 and end on December 24 at 23:59 . Voting will only be accessible to HLTV users who have registered before the release of this article.

The finalists will be revealed on December 26, and the winner revealed in Belgrade at 2024's HLTV Awards on January 11.

Agreed. We got a great grand final that went the distance, a crazy new take on showmatch including Zhou Guanyu and plenty of other nailbiting matches before that. Can't really ask for much more. (Though if Faze won it would have been one of the great championship runs in CS history)

Shanghai Final really dissapointed tho. BO3 has no place in a Mayor Final. I belive that if we went 5 maps Faze would have won. They did a huge run!

Very like,y if Frozen didn't totally lose his nerve on those last two rounds it would have went to OT and since Faze had all the momentum at that point they probably would have won D2. But that just isn't how it works, it was a great match. I would like to see Bo5s for major finals though especially with MR12 being so short and not allowing for comebacks as easily.

It was a great event, ofc, but the fact it was in December makes it even more likely to win vs something like Cologne. Hell, I'm a Blast hater and those were great this year. A lot of good event that will be overshadowed.

I thought the same too tho i think its still the best one of the whole year with cologne being closest because of the production being on par with league worlds sometimes and one of the best if not the best final of the whole year.

how is cologne better? Majors are by far the best tournamens of the year and they are bigger than Cologne. Cologne used to have that BO5 uniqueness but now all the banana cups are BO5 too. Personally i never liked BO5.

Katowice during the ENCE arena match was the best experience for me by far, but Cologne had the best playoff matches and atmosphere overall.

They explained that it was b/c only two events per organizer or something and it was auto chosen by number of viewers total or something (@Striker can correct if wrong). Still they should have made an exception for the most kino event of the year. Huge L for h"L"tv

If this is true it's a massive L for HLTV, I don't care if I'm biased there's no way G-Stew isn't a top 3 storyline this year, only kato and Shanghai compete imo. Cologne and a couple others had a hype crowds but so did Dallas.
