SK versus H2k to be replayed

The match between SK Gaming and H2k Gaming in ESL Pro Series Nordic II will be replayed as two SK members used the illegal net_graph function.

Originally, the match was played on the 6th of April where SK triumphed out of the match, leaving H2k defeated with a 16-2 score. Post match it was discovered that two SK Gaming members had used net_graph 3, which is not allowed in ESL Pro Series (or IEM).

There is no direct rule about net_graph in the ESL Pro Series rulebook, it does however say that net_graph has to be set to 0, listed at 6.2.3 The Configuration in the rulebook.

A team can be punished by a maximum of six penalty points and the norm is also that a match is to be replayed, if net_graph can be seen in the screenshots.
The match has been rescheduled to take place the 14th of April.

Regarding Dreamteam, old data cannot be removed and we cannot put the rematch in, as it
could give an advantage to people with players from either team. So the rematch will be ignored by Dreamteam, that is the only way to do it.

There can be advantages taken from net_graph 3, therefore it is banned. Even though you can't turn an entire match using it, rules are rules.

its true that the values change when an ennemy is near you. but i think that in reality this is not practicable...in the other hand, SK team knows that cant use net_graph 3.

i know about net_graph 2, if you stay still the white line wont move, and if you switch weapon or something, the white line will start shaking, so you can see on white line is something close is moving... thats cheating ^_^

you're dumb. the rule "net_graph 0" was put in place, because some Germans were using it to give them an advantage in CS, when someone was on the other side of the wall / close to them, more packets were sent/recieved due to more information being rendered... thus this rule was set due to some german's doing anything they could to get the upper hand. this in turn ruined it for everyone, because due to those certain people no-one is now allowed net_graph. Alas, your "point" is complete retarded. If you re-read what I wrote, you'd understand, although judging that you've got this far without realising, I highly doubt it. Good day, sir.

it does, for example there are some doors, and an opponent stays behind it, and you are in front of that door, the nº will increase in net_graph. (If the guy isnt there the nº will be lower) so it helps.

it's not H2k to blame. Sk players in my eyes abused their game settings. I think now H2k should go for a forfeit win, and Sk must be banned out of competition.

lololol omg so radical... they won 16-3 ou 16-4 omg it certainly was not a win because of net_graph... the rematch is fair but still, ban them is too harsh 'cause they rapped h2k down ... no net_graph can do that -.-"

it's not that Sk won 'perhaps' fair by their tactical or skill, because for as I saw that match Sk was stronger. BUT ... we never know if this was fair because of 2 wrong configs. net_graph is one of the worst and stupid things to abuse during matches. Therefore my opinion is radical but honest. And I hope ESL will do what they would do against any other team without the letters 'Sk' in it.
