Sources: Gaimin Gladiators release team
The players were informed last night that their contracts had been terminated.

Gaimin Gladiators have parted ways with their Counter-Strike squad, sources with knowledge of the situation told HLTV. The team members were informed on Tuesday evening that their contractual agreement had been terminated immediately.
Known for their highly successful DOTA 2 squad Gaimin Gladiators returned to Counter-Strike in April 2024 with the signing of ECSTATIC's roster, which had made it to the Elimination Stage of the Copenhagen Major weeks earlier.
The team could not reach the same heights under the Canadian organization, even after the high-profile arrivals of Nico "nicoodoz" Tamjidi and Fredrik "roeJ" Jørgensen, who were signed in July to replace Patrick "Patti" Larsen and Jason "salazar" Salazar.
The squad has been outside the top 30 since May and crashed out of MESA Nomadic Masters Spring and XSE Pro League in last place without a single victory to their name.
nicoodoz was the first player to announce his departure from Gaimin Gladiators. In a post on X, the Danish AWPer said he is a free agent.
Gaimin Gladiators have not yet made an announcement about the dismissal of the lineup or their future plans in the game. They had the following roster:
Magnus "Nodios" Olsen
Jonas "Queenix" Dideriksen
Tobias "kraghen" Kragh Jensen
Fredrik "roeJ" Jørgensen
Nico "nicoodoz" Tamjidi
Peter "casle" Ardenskjold (coach)
Patrick "Patti" Larsen (benched)
Jason "salazar" Salazar (benched)
Nico 'nicoodoz' Tamjidi
