The Chilean's signing is set to open the doors to a flurry of transfer activity in Brazil.

dav1deuS is expected to bolster paiN in the coming days

paiN are close to completing the signing of David "⁠dav1deuS⁠" Tapia Maldonado from RED Canids, according to a report by Dust2.com.br.

The report states that the organizations have advanced in negotiations over the last few days, and an agreement should be finalized soon.

The process is taking longer due to paiN also negotiating the sale of Lucas "⁠lux⁠" Meneghini to Legacy, who announced Vinicius "⁠n1ssim⁠" Pereira's signing earlier today.

Henrique "⁠HEN1⁠" Teles's future in the team is also uncertain, as his loan has not yet been extended. The AWPer's departure would mean that RED Canids would suffer a VRS point reset as they would be unable to keep a three-man core.

The Chilean rifler's debut for paiN is expected to come at BLAST Bounty on January 12.

Give me one example of Brazilians going deep in a T1 tournament. They havnt been competitive since sk. Let them keep paying 1 million dollar buyouts over there and having garbage fans who boo and wish death on our best players and teams. They dont deserve a good team nor do they have one

What you mean? Multiple Brazilian teams were in the top 10 in cs lmao. With this lineup right here, It's very promising. You got the new kid snow, which, in my opinion, did very well last year. With Davideus coming in, it's amazing. All of these guys right here are very good and will make it to the top 10, maybe top 5 but highly doubt it. At most they'll be place 7 or 8 in the top 10

he joined the team to fill nissim's gap. pain wanted to buy him of sharks but he was in contract jail with huge fees. snow was an investment from pain. now that he has proven himself on shitty roles, he will most likely have more freedom while dav1deus will take the solo/lurk ones.
