MESA Asian Masters 2025 team list set
Eight teams from across Asia-Pacific will duke it out for a spot at PGL Bucharest.

Rare Atom, ATOX and TALON are among the eight teams that have qualified for the 2025 edition of the MESA Asian Masters in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
Scheduled for March 6-9, the tournament will feature a double-elimination bracket with a best-of-five grand final. The event will act as the Asian qualifier for PGL Bucharest, where $1.25 million will be on the line.
Currently ranked third in Valve's Asian Regional Standings, ATOX will enter the tournament as one of the main favorites. The Mongolian side, who had to work hard to come through the Asian closed qualifier after losing to HOTU in the first round, will use this event as preparation for BLAST Open Lisbon, later in March.
The Asian Masters will mark TALON's first LAN appearance since the Shanghai Major's Asian RMR. The Australian side has been competing in domestic tournaments with Euan "sterling" Moore and Liam "malta" Schembri as stand-ins instead of Miłosz "mhL" Knasiak and Aaron "AZR" Ward, with no official explanation given.

Other noteworthy teams attending the Asian Masters include JiJieHao, who recently recruited former Monte and Falcons star rifler Mohammad "BOROS" Malhas, and Only One Word, who feature former TYLOO member WingHei "Freeman" Cheung.
