ESL Pro League S21 playoff bracket set

Seven of the top eight teams in the world are in attendance for the studio playoffs.

The ESL Pro League Season 21 playoff bracket has been finalized, with only Falcons missing out from the top nine-ranked teams that competed in Sweden.

World number one Spirit and the 1.74-rated Danil "⁠donk⁠" Kryshkovets take on Eternal Fire in a rematch of the BLAST Bounty grand final from January.

Katowice champions Vitality, the other top seed with a 3-0 group stage record, start opposite of Spirit against Liquid, the lowest-ranked team left in the event at number 12.

The middle of the bracket feature Cluj-Napoca winners MOUZ against G2, and Natus Vincere against The MongolZ.

After being held in front of a small audience in Malta for the last few iterations, Season 21's playoffs will be held in a closed studio environment in Stockholm.

Eight teams will then be sorted into two by a single-elimination bracket for a best-of-five grand final on Sunday, March 16, with $250,000 on offer for first place.

Spirit lost 1 map to EF (this year), if you mean some other time that isn't in my timeframe. For Navi losing to SAW they didn't lose to SAW in the Playoffs. Navi/Spirit/Vitality all are usually all solid in the playoffs against teams rated below them, while EF/Mongolz are more up in the air. In a game between Liquid vs Vitality it's 90/10 that Vitality wins. If it was Mongolz it'd be like 55/45. I just like G2 firepower more than Navi firepower.
