syNergy announce team

syNergy have formally introduced their Counter-Strike team with the acquisition of five veterans from the Benelux.

The Dutch-based team is composed of four ex-players from CyberNetsOnline, who attended the World Cyber Games event in 2007, plus Belgian veteran Decio "DeKMaTcHeR" Pinto, a former member of LowLandLions.

Although three of the team's members have been inactive for some time, Pinto is confident they will soon rediscover their form and help syNergy reach the top of the Benelux scene.

"With the upcoming big events, the former CNO players felt the hunger for CS like never before, a stable team was what I was looking for for a while and I have found it here," he told HLTV.org.

"It won't take them much time to get back to their level again, that will not be a problem."

syNergy plan on attending DreamHack Summer's BYOC tournament, as well as GameGune, with the following quintet:

no, totally wrong.. if u get the citizenship and havent played for another country before, u can play.. for example, higuain, real madrid's striker, born in france, but he is going to play in the world cup for argentina.. :)

terrible player, he plays for himself, yes, he scores but plays for himself. If he passed the ball more he would be a great player.

he's not terrible.. he's just starting playing at the higher level.. give him time.. no argue about passing the ball more often, but he clearly have what it takes to be play in real madrid and in argentina..

dude what the hell is wrong with u? the day that any national team from ex-urss, scandinavian, have a player like ronaldo, or figo, or rui costa, or nani, is the day i stop whatching football.. we sell our players to Real madrid, barça, manchester, chelsea, inter, juve for millions of euros to all the biggest teams in the world, and u are telling me that portugal have divers? grow up ffs.. we have 1 of the best teams in the world, for sure.. im just stupid talking to ignorants like u kid..

He's living there for 5-6 years, of course he is. That doesn't change the situation. He is Bosnian. Deci for example is Portuguese born but plays for Belgian national team, so he's naturalized Belgian . It's not the same :P
