Complexity upset Aurora to make semi-finals
Complexity's immense run in Bucharest continues off the back of Grim and hallzerk's powerful performances.

Aurora kicked off the series with a relatively straightforward win on Anubis, a pistol win ushering in a strong return of six rounds on their defensive half, before they recovered from a force-buy loss to close the map with six T rounds on the bounce.
Train was a hard-fought affair, despite the scoreline being the same as on Anubis. Complexity started both halves hot thanks to pistol wins and conversions, which left Aurora with a mountain to climb. It was a climb they nearly managed, but a gut-wrenching loss to a full eco allowed Complexity to seal the deal on their defense.
Nuke was the Michael "Grim" Wince and Håkon "hallzerk" Fjærli show, as Complexity's star duo put Aurora to the sword with immense impact round after round. Aurora showed moments of promise of their own, with Ismailcan "XANTARES" Dörtkardeş bagging an ace, but it wasn't enough in the face of Complexity's in-form duo.
Complexity can now look forward to a semi-final match against the winners of G2 vs. Virtus.pro.

Complexity's fairytale run continues
After a poor start to the year in European LAN competition, Complexity headed back to NA to lick their wounds and revitalize themselves. They put together an impressive streak in their home region, winning 11 matches in a row, and the confidence that built has shone through in Bucharest.
Grim and hallzerk are playing like men possessed, whilst Danny "Cxzi" Strzelczyk has improved infinitely upon his initial showings in a Complexity jersey. With Johnny "JT" Theodosiou providing his usual solid calling, Complexity have been a force to be reckoned with at this event.
Train is the rock upon which Complexity have based their success, and their winstreak on the map now stretches to eight, with wins over Aurora and Falcons among said streak. Who knows how far Complexity can take this run.
Aurora fail to deliver as favorites
Aurora have now failed to win two PGL tournaments in which they were considered the favorites in the absence of the very best teams in the world.
There is no doubt Aurora are a top-class squad, they have made the playoffs of every event they have attended this year, but there is a barrier stopping them from taking the next step and claiming trophies.
Özgür "woxic" Eker had an off day today and Complexity were certainly a tough proposition in this kind of form. No matter the reasons, Aurora need to figure out what is stopping them from delivering on their obvious pedigree.
