HexT: "COL were playing a little bit differently, but clearly I farmed"
The Canadian rifler was loud on and off the server against Complexity.

NRG came into the BLAST.tv Austin Major Stage 1 as underdogs, but have found themselves just one win away from progression after the first two days of action.
Nick "nitr0" Cannella's troops got the better of TYLOO on the opening day and followed that up with a loud domestic affair against Complexity.
After getting the better their rivals, Jadan "HexT" Postma stopped by the HLTV mic to give his thoughts about the tournament so far.
NRG are 2-1 after the first two days. I guess you have to be satisfied with that, considering you were an underdog coming into this?
Our goals are to make Stage 2, so right now we're on track. It's pretty good so far.
Against Complexity, you were 8-1 up, and it kind of got close in the end. Were you worried about closing it out in the end?
It's always a little worrying when you lose a pistol, but we were pretty confident going into the game, so it didn't really matter to us that much. As long as we played slowly in the late rounds, we were gonna win anyways.
Did you know what to expect from them? You haven't actually played them in an official, but I guess you scrim a lot. Did you know what you're coming up against?
We scrimmed them a lot, like really a lot the past like two weeks, so we kind of knew what to come up against. They were playing a little bit differently, at least towards A, but I mean, clearly I farmed. It was pretty expected.
Would you have preferred to face a non-domestic team because if NA does well here, you get more spots at the next Major as well, or do you enjoy the trash talk too much?
Honestly, it doesn't really matter to me. If we're not winning, then we don't deserve to be here anyways. We should be winning these games anyways, so if we get less spots, but we're still making those spots, then it doesn't really matter.
nitr0 told me that your recent results aren't really a representation of how good you are. So how happy are you that you got some wins here and looking like you're going to get to Stage 2?
I mean, it's really helpful to build confidence, because like he said, we're playing really good in scrims, and we just need to transfer that into the games. It's finally starting to show a little bit, so let's just hope we can close this out and make Stage 2.
Talking about Stage 2, you're in the best-of-threes now. Do you expect anything different from the change in format?
It's just a lot less pressure on that specific map. Usually, if you lose both pistols, or get ecoed, it's way more important than in a BO3, so there's less pressure now.
