Grim: "All of us should feel bad and reflect on this during the break"
"We never want this to happen again," the American rifler added.

Complexity came into Stage 1 of the BLAST.tv Austin Major as the second-highest ranked team, but were forced to play without their AWPer Håkon "hallzerk" Fjærli due to visa issues.
The team won just one match in Austin, a best-of-one against Fluxo, and were bested by OG, NRG, and TYLOO to exit the tournament with a 1-3 record.
"Nothing against junior, he's a good player in my opinion, but obviously you prefer your main AWPer," Michael "Grim" Wince told HLTV after the loss against TYLOO.
Commiserations on the loss. Obviously, it's a rough situation with the stand-in, but how do you feel right now after the game?
A lot of emotions. Honestly, very disappointed because I think all of us here even with the stand-in, we expected at least to go to Stage 2, and to not even be able to get two wins in the first stage is obviously very disappointing.
I think all of us should feel bad, and then we should definitely go reflect on this during the player break and see what we can do to come back stronger, because I think all of us never want this to happen again.
What do you think went wrong? Because as you said, even though you had a stand-in, you were still one of the favorites to make it through.
I'd say a lot of it was just our mid-round decision-making sometimes. We're just not on the same page sometimes, one person's doing something while another person's about to do something else, and we're not coming together and forming one plan that makes sense, or at least doing what someone says.
I think that is a part of it. Besides that, we're lacking some composure in rounds, sometimes we get a little antsy, in a 5vs3, for example, we can keep going and give them more, and then all of a sudden it's a 3vs3. Just stuff like that I'd say are the main part of it.
Looking at this first part of the year, it went pretty well until this tournament after a slow start. How do you look back at these few months before reflecting during the summer break?
Honestly, I'd say the start was really bad. I think we were like 0-10 or something at the start, but we definitely turned it around. I think we surpassed a lot of people's expectations, specifically in Bucharest. Then at the event after that, in Melbourne, we didn't really do too well, but in Bucharest for sure we did great.
I think we were on the best form that we have had in a long time here on Complexity, and then obviously hallzerk not having his visa is super unfortunate. We had to get a stand-in, so I wish we could have seen what we could have done with hallzerk.
Nothing against junior, he's a good player in my opinion, but obviously, you prefer your main AWPer. That's a blow, but overall I'd say the season didn't go like the best obviously, but I definitely think it didn't go the worst it could have.
