Lynn Vision's AWPer could barely believe what the Chinese team had done against Falcons.

Lynn Vision are on a mission for Chinese Counter-Strike in Austin and are making a stir.

The team have already taken down Legacy and eliminated NRG but a win over Falcons was beyond even their wildest dreams.

And HLTV had the privilege of asking Sike "⁠z4kr⁠" Zhang — with some help from Qihao "⁠C4LLM3SU3⁠" Su — just how good it felt.

Beaten Falcons, how does that feel?

Fucking niiiice!

These are huge names you're playing against, what's it like winning?

[laughs at EmiliaQAQ in background]. It's unbelievable. Their names were on our path of learning CS. Playing CS, they've always been our idols. Beating our idols is unbelievable.

This is a huge event for Asian CS, all the upsets and wins. How much does it mean to you as a region?

We want to make more steps in the Major, Stage 3. We hope to give passion to the Asian CS gamers, to play more and get involved in these tournaments. We want to get new players to play this game.

In China, a lot of people play CS. But professional players, only twenty people. Maybe just three teams, us, TYLOO, Rare Atom. We hope we can, in Major or IEM, play a lot of big tournaments, so we can let more people in China play pro CS.

I also wanted to ask about you picking up the AWP. A while ago now, but it does seem like you're a different player as a sniper. Were you happy when Jee left?

No. I didn't think about this. I thought, 'how can we win.' Jee wanted to go to TYLOO, that's it.
