BLAST to return to Texas with Rivals S1 2026

The eight-team event will be held in Fort Worth, Texas.

BLAST have announced the location of their Rivals S1 2026 tournament, set to be held in Fort Worth, Texas.

The event will take place from April 29-May 4 and feature a total of eight attendees. The teams ranked first through fourth in Valve's Regional Standings will be directly invited to the event, with the remaining spots filled by wildcard teams from Europe, North America, South America, and Asia.

The tournament will be played over five days, with the last three days taking place in front of a live audience in the Dickies Arena, where BLAST has previously hosted events in Rocket League and Fortnite.

This will be the third installment of BLAST's Rivals series. The first, which was moved from Monterrey to Copenhagen due to "unforeseen logistical challenges," was won by Vitality, with the second season of 2025 set to be held in Hong Kong.

The tournament will begin with a double-elimination group stage set to feed into a six-team playoff bracket, culminating in a best-of-five grand final.
