dycha returns to action on Betclic

The former Sprout and ENCE member has found a new home after a months-long search.

dycha joins Betclic as a replacement for hfah

Betclic have completed the signing of free agent Paweł "⁠dycha⁠" Dycha, the Portuguese organization announced on Thursday. The 27-year-old will slot into the space left open by Oskar "⁠hfah⁠" Wroński's benching.

dycha has been out of action since February, when he stepped down from Monte's active lineup and took a break from competition, implying that he would only return after the Austin Major.

But just a month later, he declared himself a free agent and announced that he was ready to play again. He recently played a few tournaments as a stand-in for the new Inner Circle squad, helping it qualify for ESEA Advanced Season 54.

dycha's arrival brings a wealth of experience to Betclic, who made headlines in April when they beat The MongolZ and Astralis at PGL Bucharest. The Polish squad has been unable to maintain that level, however, and is currently fighting to remain in the top 50 in the global VRS.

"For the next three months, we will be working towards taking the team to the next level," dycha wrote in a post on X. "They have a lot of potential as a team, and I will do my best to help them make another step forward."

dycha will make his first appearance for Betclic in just a few days as the team will travel to Canada to compete at Fragadelphia 19, which will also feature teams like Fluxo, NRG and M80.
