Astralis advance to FPG playoffs over MIBR
The Danes repeated their win over the Brazilian side from their opening game to advance.

Astralis are through to the playoffs of FISSURE Playground 1 after battling past MIBR in a two-map series, winning comfortably on the Brazilian team's Mirage pick before needing all 24 rounds to edge out victory on Nuke.
Rasmus "HooXi" Nielsen's men were sent to their group decider match after losing to TYLOO in the winners' match, a game that went wayward after several mistakes and squandered advantages early in the series cost Astralis down the line.
They had comfortably dispatched of MIBR in their group opener, a series in which MIBR had picked Nuke and Astralis picked Ancient. The Brazilians opted for a Mirage pick instead to start the series, and the Danes were on rocky footing early doors with the rounds going much the way they had against TYLOO on Wednesday.
Several advantages were squandered and clutches lost, allowing the Brazilians up to a 5-2 lead, but this time around Astralis stabilized thanks to strong site holds by HooXi and Jakob "jabbi" Nygaard.
Astralis carried that form into the second half, staying in control after a magnificent 1v3 clutch from Victor "Staehr" Staehr in the second pistol round. Just one more round went the way of MIBR courtesy of a Rafael "saffee" Costa ninja defuse before the game was brought to a rapid close after Nicolai "device" Reedtz added multi-kills and a 1v2 clutch, completing an 11-1 run to close the map, 13-6.
An Upper hit on Nuke let Astralis convert a second round force-buy early on the attack, and although MIBR didn't fall for their misdirection with Outside smoke walls, the Danes found success with more Upper hits to go up 7-3.
MIBR rallied at the end of the half and won the second pistol, closing the gap and briefly taking the lead before Staehr stepped up massively from Ramp and in Lower to put Astralis back in control, 10-8. MIBR won three back and were on the brink of stealing away the victory, only for a Lower stack and another excellent triple kill from Staehr turning the tides for Astralis to close out, 13-11.
