Things to note


• BO5 grand final will give 25% more Rating points than a regular BO3. In addition to that, note that it’s easier to activate boosters with three to five maps being played, so a player making it to the grand final creates an even better opportunity to earn points.

• With the sixteen-team bracket and a third-place decider, to get the most out of your team you need to aim to get players from teams that will win their first two games and make it to the semi-finals.

• chopper is the most popular player in the game, being present in 38% of teams. In light of Spirit's convincing performance and the Russian IGL posting a positive rating, his popularity is more than understandable.

• m0NESY and NiKo get the record-low pricing at $222k and $205k, respectively, while their new star addition, kyousuke, becomes the most expensive player on the team at $225k. EWC is a home tournament for the team’s organization, but they’re in for a rather tough bracket run, making them a risky pick.

• Due to our rule of not adding teams to partner games with less than 24 hours left before the start, the teams going 3-2 in the group stage will not be added to the game.

• The bracket for the tournament will be revealed once all the group stage games are complete.
