broky stars as FaZe make BLAST London Finals
The Latvian Laser won a plethora of clutches and averaged a 1.65 rating.

FaZe are the next team to lock in their spot in the BLAST Open London LAN Finals after beating Natus Vincere in a two-map series (Mirage 13-8, Dust2 13-10).
FaZe are now set to face off against Vitality for a semi-final spot, while Natus Vincere drop down to the lower bracket to face M80.

Mirage was the first battleground of the series, and the classic map delivered in spades. Helvijs "broky" Saukants clutched a 1vs3 only for Drin "makazze" Shaqiri to find an ace with a hero AK-47 in the next round, but the best moment of the half was yet to come.
broky fired up his AWP and found an incredible 1vs3 with the AWP and kept up his impact throughout the second half, equalling Natus Vincere's star man makazze on 22 kills.
The difference came in the supporting cast. FaZe's other members backed up broky with more than enough firepower (Jakub "jcobbb" Pietruszewski 1.69, Håvard "rain" Nygaard 1.15), while Natus Vincere's start went completely quiet. Mihai "iM" Ivan (0.88) finished the map with the second-highest rating on the team, 0.93 behind makazze (1.85).
Dust2 was an equally high-octane map of Counter-Strike, with FaZe finding much more success due to makazze cooling off from his Mirage carry. An 8-4 offense was followed up by David "frozen" Čerňanský's jumping headshot in a 1vs1, which allowed FaZe to secure an 11-4 lead.
The map wasn't over yet, however, as Natus Vincere rallied and brought the game back to 10-11, in part thanks to a crucial 1vs3 by Ihor "w0nderful" Zhdanov, but broky answered with a 1vs3 of his own to help FaZe take the map, 13-10.
Is broky back?
While his clutch on Mirage was his best moment of the series, the Latvian sniper found impact all throughout the half. Since returning to the FaZe active roster, he put up a 1.15 rating and, more importantly, looked like the broky we know and love.
The two-month break seemingly revitalized the four-time top 20 player of the year and made his 1.02-rated stint in the first half of 2025, which preempted Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev's temporary addition to the roster, look like a thing of the past.
While the sample size is small — he played just 27 maps since coming back, all signs point to a broky resurgence.
