Perfect World CS Challenge Series 13DMAX beat TYLOO for PW CS Challenge S1 title
After switching captains, 3DMAX are up to seventh in the European VRS with one month to go until Major invitations.
3DMAX have won Perfect World CS Challenge Series 1 after taking down local favorites TYLOO and Lynn Vision.
The six-team Shanghai tournament has a $37,579 prize pool so it does not have huge ramifications for the VRS, but does move 3DMAX into fifth on the prospective Major invitation ranking.

Regardless of VRS implications, beating FISSURE Playground champions TYLOO in back-to-back series was proof of the Frenchmen's quality in an impressive outing in Filip "Graviti" Brankovic's second event as the team's in-game leader.
"As a team we needed to make a change because we felt like we had not been improving for some time," Lucas "Lucky" Chastang said about the IGL change at the Esports World Cup, and the decision has paid off.
A win over Natus Vincere got 3DMAX to quarter-finals in Riyadh, and taking a trophy home from China here will mean an extra dose of confidence in the rest of the season under Graviti's leadership.
Over seven maps of play here, Lucky topped proceedings with a 1.34 rating thanks to a domineering 53-frag, 104 ADR, grand final against TYLOO.
In a close 2-0 win (Nuke 13-11, Train 19-15), the team did well to keep Yi "JamYoung" Yang quiet, holding the man who had been TYLOO's superman in their FPG win over Astralis to a 0.97 rating and a 3-9 record in openers.
Elsewhere, TYLOO remain at number nine on the VRS and bronze medalists Lynn Vision have moved up to number 13 with Major spots all but secured for China's best two teams.
