ESWC announces QPAD sponsorship

The Electronic Sports World Cup has added QPAD to its list of supporters for the 2010 World Finals.

The Swedish-based peripherals company, which announced last month the new version of Emil "HeatoN" Christenssen's mousepad, is now the tenth sponsor listed on the ESWC's website.

"We are very happy to announce QPAD as an official partner, since it is one of the oldest and most respected gaming gear companies in the world. We hope that this partnership will be the beginning of a long term relationship between our two companies". said ESWC CEO Stephane Cosse.

Besides producing onsite video content together with Christenssen, QPAD will also be the official mousepad supplier of the ESWC, and will produce a new pad specifically for the event.

The 2010 ESWC World Finals, which will take place from June 30 through to July 4 at Disneyland Paris, will also be supported by other famous companies such as Peugeot, MCM and VeryGames.
