cbteam removed from EPS Nordic

Following a no-show versus Ravens in their ESL Pro Series Nordic match tonight, Norwegian-side cbteam have been removed from the league, due to too many penalty points.

When the Norwegian team did not show up in the match against Ravens, it was known that it would have consequences to the team that before the match had gathered 22 minor penalty points. cbteam got removed based on the massive penalty points received by the ESL admins upon the no-show versus Ravens.

In total the penalty points added up to 42% prize money reduction, which led to a farewell for cbteam in the Nordic ESL Pro Series. All of the played cbteam matches in the league will be deleted, while the prize money from their matches will be distributed to remaining teams in the ESL Pro Series Nordic.

It is a similar story, as the Norwegian team XpreZ got removed from the first season of ESL Pro Series Scandinavia (now Nordic), based on team producing penalty points amounted to a prize money deduction above 35% of the overall prize money.

All cbteam members will furthermore be locked to cbteam, meaning they will be barred to play with any of the participating teams in the running ESL Pro Series Nordic season. The team will also be barred in re-qualifying for ESL Amateur Series Div.1 Season 3, as well as the third season of ESL Pro Series Nordic.

How do you all know it's because of REAL/prb ? Just because they fucked up a previous team doesn't mean it's the same thing now. If it wasn't for them they would not have won their matches so far (especially against mTw, where REAL basically won them the game). So I doubt a win against mTw, who later on beat SK and fnatic, did not make them stronger in terms of believing in themselves. I think it has a lot more to do with the lack of sponsorship, since the deal with 4kings looked dead. Or maybe it's something completely different, we'll wait and see.

they should give themselves the name AGAIN :D do they know how many supporters/fans they have? real could make 1on1s against bots and hundreds would watch him with fun. they really have something special, something you can neither describe nor compare with other teams. they seem to be entertaining with everything they do. let's be serious, there could be another 10 news of inactivity and comebacks, there could be another asian team with likely cancer (:D) and they could also get kicked from any other event, everyone would appreciate to see them back though. norway (for me) was always the little brother of sweden and the big brother of finland :D sweden is the best aim-wised nation and finland had the best strats. norway has both, sick aimers and really nice setups/tactics. sad that these guys are always losing their drive and fun, norway could be at least top5 ranked with its potential of players. on the one hand you can say there is a lack of professionality on the other hand you can say there is a lack of organizations. imo the lack of organizations causes a lack of professionality. they need pressure and visions as every other team, too :( gl to all players and sry for weird english :p

Norwegians have such skilled players too bad they're all spoiled little kids who'll never make it anywhere with that kind of attitude. Something like XeqtR said in his iview, so unprofessional but such a waste specially REAL... like someone said he cld 1on1 vs bot and probably many ppl would watch it, he has something special...
