The MongolZ may have finished runners-up to FURIA at FISSURE Playground 2, but Azbayar "Senzu" Munkhbold and Ayush "mzinho" Batbold were out for blood in Belgrade.
They tallied four aces each over the course of the tournament, matching Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev's Big Event record that was set at IEM Cologne 2021 (and has been tied by Danil "donk" Kryshkovets and Mario "malbsMd" Samayoa at Perfect World Shanghai Major and ESL Pro League Season 19, respectively). You can find all eight highlights below, as captured by Allstar.gg.

mzinho's first two aces were tallied in the same map against TYLOO, one by way of his Dual Elites in the second pistol round, and the second seeing him destroy TYLOO's full buy starting with a USP-S and no armor.
mzinho vs. TYLOO:
Senzu kicked off the next series, The MongolZ's 2-1 qualifying match against FaZe, with a Glock ace of his own on Mirage, helping his team narrowly clinch a 13-11 victory on the opening map.
Senzu vs. FaZe:
mzinho's third and fourth aces came on stage in the semi-final against Liquid, with the Mongolian single-handedly winning two T side pistol rounds. The first, on Mirage, offered the only beacon of light for his team in an otherwise crushing 5-13 defeat, while the second on the Ancient decider poured salt in Liquid's wound after a 3-9 half and ensured The MongolZ a quick victory.
mzinho vs. Liquid:
Senzu waited until the final to match mzinho's tally, securing three aces against FURIA despite the eventual loss. A Glock ace on Inferno proved crucial in The MongolZ's comeback effort as they clinched a 13-11 win, while an anti-eco ace on the Dust2 decider likely did little to lift the mood in a tournament-ending 5-13 defeat.
However, the clear standout of the three was a 30-bullet spray into FURIA's full-buy on Nuke that denied a push from Secret and helped The MongolZ complete a comeback from 3-12 down to force overtime, although the effort ultimately proved fruitless after FURIA swept all the extra rounds to win the map, 16-12.
