There is plenty to play for here between PARIVISION and BetBoom, more than just a trophy and prize money.

Both of these teams are in the hunt for StarLadder Budapest Major qualification, so every extra VRS point is vital.

On his impression with 9BOOMPRO's result: "Positive, to be honest. Because we were coming here to have fun, and same when we were registering for the qualifier - we just wanted to play in our pleasure to not sit still. Reached the semi-final, and it's great, not much to add on top of that."

On his previous decline in form: "It's hard to say why it took place, to be honest. I wouldn't say that I didn't adapt or something like that. Maybe it was just that kind of a period. But recently, I feel like I'm recovering and getting better."

On if he is ready to return to the server: "Of course, I've put some focus on my health and these things. But after two months of being benched, it's painful to watch events and people lifting the trophies. Naturally, I want to come back. Sitting at home, I understand that I can't imagine my life without CS."

On if he would accept offers from English-speaking teams: "Yes, and when Cloud9 was disbanding, I was also saying that I'm ready to join some European team. Because overall, I don't have any big issues with my English. There are examples of players moving to European teams who have a big language problem. But my spoken English is alright, so I'm looking for the best possible options."

On match against 9BOOMPRO: "I think we played well, didn't give too many chances. There were some mixed moments, but we were taking good pauses, adjusting, and recovering quickly. So yeah, we were only underplaying individually at some moments, so the score is like 10-13, but overall, I believe we've shown a good game."

On d1Ledez addition: "I think he improved on our atmosphere and firepower, these are the main reasons why we picked him up. And as we can see, he's doing very well in these regards. Our level of play has grown, and our game is talking for itself."

On LanDaLan Major implications: "I feel a bit of unfairness, because VRS system is far from perfect and really does benefit the teams that go to LANs. So honestly, it's quite sad that the fate [of the Major] is decided at small LANs for $10,000 to $15,000, and I hope the next season this system will get fixed. Because some teams in a few games are able to earn 200 points that we would be earned after winning 50 games. So I hope we win tomorrow."

On the importance of winning LanDaLan: "We play every event and every game for a win, obviously, because every point is decisive. Out of the Major context, we of course want to win. I believe we're having a good season, because we have quite consistent results, a lot of wins, and I think we play well and deserve to win this LAN."

On match against PARIVISION: "I obviously believe that we are the favorites. I think that the game will be tough, because the veto is not perfect for us. But it won't be the first BO5, for me, so I hope it will be 3-0 like last time [laughs]."

BetBoom are headed to the grand final of Majestic LanDaLan 3, taking down Timur "FL4MUS" Marev's 9BOOMPRO mix team in a straightforward 2-0 series.

Kirill "Boombl4" Mikhailov's men are now set to clash with PARIVISION in the grand final, a crucial matchup considering that both teams currently rest just outside the cusp of the Major invite cutoff, with BetBoom and PARIVISION as #17 and #18 in Europe, respectively.

On match against TPuDCATb TPu: "On Ancient, we were making all the right calls, we were hitting almost all the time, we were losing the mid fight, but it doesn't matter. Post-plant, we weren't closing it on B, so this resulted in a tough half and made us do a comeback. But it was all good on A."

On Major implications of this event: "I believe it doesn't matter here. One way or another, we weren't really counting on [the Major], and for us as a team, it would be good to play well at this event, with the rest being unimportant. Just to show our teamwork. The Major is secondary at the moment."

On being the secondary caller to Jame: "Overall, it isn't really hard for me, but Jame helps me out. The role itself is not tough, because Jame takes on the main part, and I only help. I believe I will improve over time, and Jame will need to focus on leadership less and more on his game, and we will be playing even better."

On ambition to be the IGL in the future: "I'd rather say I'm filling the [leadership] gap before all. We have four young players, and we must communicate with Jame being the main caller, but he can't talk all the time because he also has to focus on his crosshair. And this burden needs to be carried for the team; otherwise, we won't be able to play well. But I believe that in the future I quite possibly might become the main caller."

On the possible grand final against BetBoom: "As a matter of fact, BetBoom will be the favorites, because they have much more LAN experience. They got BoombI4, who won the Major, and their players are more experienced overall. For us, this fight won't be crucial, but naturally, it's preferable to win. Since we're not the favorites, we need to show our best game to surprise them and ultimately win."
