EG send SK packing

SK Gaming have been denied entry into the second group stage following a 24-6 defeat at the hands of Evil Geniuses.

After picking up just a solitary point from their previous two matches, the Americans knew that only a win could see them through to the second round.

SK, who had already lost to WeMade FOX in their first group fixture, found it very hard to break through EG's defense on de_inferno as they went into the second half down by three rounds.

Now as Terrorist, EG played a perfect second round to get the seven rounds they needed and make it 16-6, after which SK Gaming left the server, so the last rounds went EG's way.

Still, the victory did little to help EG in the tournament, as they, too, are out, after falling behind UNiTED in the standings' table due to their loss to the Russian-based side.
