FX out after loss to fnatic

Frag eXecutors have crashed out of Arbalet Cup Europe 2010 following a 16-12 defeat at the hands of fnatic.

The Polish giants knew they had a mountain to climb as they would take on fnatic in one of their best maps, needing a win to progress to the next round.

Things didn't start well for FX, who lost the first three arounds after GeT_RiGhT had won the pistol round with four frags. But in the rest of the first half, the Poles, who were playing as CT, controlled the action as they picked up 10 rounds.

In the second half, fnatic looked determined to counter their opponents, and kept them off their bombsites in the first rounds to level the match on 10 rounds. It was at this point that we were forced to remove our own HLTV from the server due to DDoS attacks, for which we are sorry.

FX still tried to regain control of the match, but fnatic had the momentum now and so they kept their composure to win it 16-12 and secure top spot of Group D.

You can't change you're game when you're playing for 5 years with almost exact roster. Kuben and and taz look burned out and pasha is inconsistent. Drive and ben / DoK could bring some life to the team.

stop talking about pasha, yes hes not "the best" but if you look only at this tournament he play really well Vs Fnatic/Ravens ( train is his ONLY map) .. I dont know what they should change, taz said they good Anty-strats so it must be about skill, MY PERSONAL opinion is kick kuben (let taz leading again) bring drive.. he is the weakest link and they get better results when taz was a Team-Leader

I know pasha i excuse for every1 when Fx is losing but look at score board or just they game... they Sucked so hard on every T side on EVERY map ( 3 rounds as T on dd2 <333) they should change something in playstyle or just let taz leading again and bring drive ( way better aimer then kuben)

Did I praise FX's latest gaming anywhere?! Of course they're playing badly for some time now. But saying they're overrated and that they've obly won one tournament every year since they appeared on an international stage is stupid. They've had some great years and some bad ones. But they're not overrated overall. They're one of the best teams in history. And I'm not a fanboy asshole. When they play poorly i recognize it.

Imo they just need more luck and confidence, they already won on this big tournament this year against Mouz, SK, mTw etc. they still have arguments to get top 3 MORE FOCUS! and should be good, at least I believe, give them one more chance!

How many chances do you want to give them?! Yet another lan and they go home after group stage. If players that compete for almost five years on an international level are lacking confidence then what the hell are we even talking about. So what if they won single games against pretty bad SK and returning to their form mTw. You need a strong tournament to prove you're still on top and they just can't do it. I think it's time for some serious changes.
