Patrik "cArn" Sättermon speaks about the performance of fnatic in the first group stage at Arbalet Cup Europe 2010. He also talks about the tie against Ravens, the DDoS attacks and the possibility of winning their first tournament since December 2009.

the best thing about this is the "the possibility of winning their first tournament since December 2009". finally people get in there head there is no TOP team there is a lot of TOP TEAMS.

really? they win 2 comps and suddenly everyone is fighting for second? Na'Vi didnt even beat fnatic at best of 4, fnatic just choked on balls against SK. Imo get ur head out of your ass :)

Haha, I wasn't 100% serious with that comment mate :) But to be serious, Na'Vi IS, without a doubt, the number one team in the world right now, whether they win this tournament or not but of course it wont be easy for them when facing teams like fnatic, mouz etc in the semis. If they reach the semis that is, cuz i think they can get a lot of trouble both against PinG (which they should have learned their lesson from though) and against WeMade FOX who got an odd type of playstyle which they havent faced really. Even if they'd crash out I would consider them number 1 in the world, since neither PinG nor WeMade FOX will win this event and are able to beat teams like fnatic and mouz on a regular basis, which Na'Vi on the other hand can.

the whole "regular basis" thing is what i was disputing, dont get me wrong, i like Na'Vi but you cant really claim they beat fnatic/mouz on a regular basis when they have realy only won 1 comp ieM which was very close even though it was a 2-0 final!

They won Arbalet - Best of Four as well and showed up great play in the groupstage here and they've played loads of tourneys if you count the CIS ones :)

carn is such a great interviewee, always insightful and interesting ps. LOL at the subtle... "we'll just go back to get_right's and watch the demos on our msi laptops". I wonder what the product name dropping nets him each time? :P hahaha
