ESWC player party busted by police

HLTV.org has learned that a player hotel party organised by several ESWC teams was cut short by the French police last night.

According to what HLTV.org has discovered, Dignitas, DELTA and Lions were throwing a combined party in their hotel rooms last night, when the hotel staff summoned the police following complaints from other guests.

The Counter-Strike trio have had their ESWC badges taken from them as a result, with such action having no interference in the tournament as they had already been eliminated.

OSLF.dk, who are staying in the same hall as these three teams, were also questioned by police, but it was concluded they had played no part in the incident.

Although the trio have been prevented from entering the tournament area again, they will not be kicked from the hotel and will return home only on Monday.
