SK see off fnatic to win ESWC female

SK Gaming won the 2010 ESWC female finals after a 2-0 victory over fnatic.

A bright start from SK saw the Americans win the opening two rounds, before fnatic got into the game right after and took the lead, making it a score of 3-2. But the first of the first half practically belonged to SK, who were leading 11-4 at the break.

In the second half, fnatic got off the better and won the pistol round and the following two rounds, but SK would dominate from that point on to win the map de_inferno.

Both teams then moved on to de_dust2, where SK Gaming proved a very strong offensive figure as they picked up a total of 12 rounds on T side.

In the second half, fnatic looked like different team as they grabbed the opening five rounds. Though SK managed their first round, their 13th overall, right after, and inspired Zaiab "zAAz" Turkie was determined to prove fnatic were still very much in contention. Still, all they did was to get four more rounds as SK won de_dust2 16-12 to walk out 2-0 winners.

With the victory the team also clinched the third ESWC title in a row, winning ESWC 2008 in San Jose and ESWC 2007 in Paris.

none where bad...fnatic won all their matches except VS Navi who where having a great day and fnatic didnt have their best....and fnatic.fe did a good job.

I don't follow the female scene closely, but I think SK.fe didn't have benita before, and they were not practicing a lot. ofc when I say fnatic.fe had no chance to beat them I meant they had very few chance to do it cuz imo SK.fe are really above everyone on the female scene

fnatic.fe last year tried to attend male event (DH Summer), they had been beaten by DELTA, which all knows isnt even semi pro team, but idk if they still try to practise with male teams

I think he wanted to talk about the time where their old line up with Aurora (Les Seules if i remember right) beated few times SK ladies. For now i never saw Fnatic.fe beating Sk just once :/

Why shouldn't the girl play cs? If they like it as much as you do, why can't they if they want to? The girl scene is pretty much growing day by day, I like watching the girls play cs why? Cause it reminds me of when the cs scene was dominated by 3-4 clans at top level, now in the male section you got sk,fnatic,na'vi,mousesports,mtw,firegamers etc.. All pretty much on the same aim level,skill level etc, only thing that's different on that high level is taccs,team-play and abit of luck. Now on the girl scene however, there isn't that many teams as the male scene. I think the girls can play cs as the guys do, therefore the girls might be on the same level as male in a couple of years, it's only matter of time.
