DP change one for GameGune

DarkPassage have announced they have brought in Aykut "RapeN" Saraçoğlu for the upcoming GameGune event.

The Turkish team had initially planned on using Doğa "merentz" Çabakçoru as a stand-in for Doğukan "prostar" Erelin, who is unable to obtain a visa to enter Spain due to lacking the necessary documents for the process.

Çabakçoru had confirmed to DarkPassage he would pay for his trip to Bilbao out of his own pocket, but at the weekend he confessed to spending the money on other things, leaving DP in the market for a new fifth just days before the tournament.

With less than a week left before the start of GameGune, DarkPassage opted to invite Chillys World Gaming player Aykut "RapeN" Saraçoğlu, who lives in Germany and does not require a visa to enter Spain.

"When merentz said he could not go, we did not have time to get a visa for a new player, so we had to find a player who did not have visa problems," Timucin "xylm" Argilli told HLTV.org.

"Rapen is a suitable player for our team, and he does not have such visa problems.

"RapeN has EPS experience and he can help us achieve our goal, which is to place first or second in our group. We could not practice enough but we will do our best."

Dark Passage, who have been drawn with mousesports, x6tence and Defining Stars for GameGune, will travel to Bilbao with:
