H2k reject CS team reports

H2k Gaming have released a statement to undermine the stories regarding the future of the Swedish team.

Reports in Sweden on Saturday indicated that H2k Gaming and their Counter-Strike team would soon go their separate ways due to the relationship between the two parties being at breaking point.

"We hereby want to deny any rumors that have been spread out by several websites that our Counter-Strike 1.6 team would leave the organization," an H2k statement read.

"We also would like to mention that our aforementioned team is still on contracts for another period of 9 months."

H2k Gaming, who finished in fourth place at Arbalet Cup Dallas, will attend the WCG Nordic finals from 5-8 August in Helsinki, Finland.

The Swedish team look as follows:

Sweden Markus "pronax" Wallsten
Sweden Richard "Xizt" Landström
Sweden Niklas "niko" Johansson
Sweden Frey "kHRYSTAL" Sjöström
Sweden Emil "FYRR73" Karlsson

Awesome. I don't like this team but it is a great team and I believe they've found their best lineup so with a little more practise they'll be a real threat to the 1st place in future events.

Not when MYM played :P If moddii stays in SK I think that's a good move for them but they also need to remove walle. Sadly he's not that good anymore. And add Delpan!

You speak the truth my friend! :) I don't like the fact that older players in SK are not realising their time is up and they need to make space for new blood. Whenever I see talents like moddii, manne, delpan, xizt etc in teams other than SK I can't really understand the logic why SK wouldn't let walle and robban go. (saying both walle and robban since both are such good friends and most likely will leave together) Walle and Robban are legends of the game and should exit the game while they are still some good rather than being kicked out of the team later. They should leave on their own terms.

yeah, on the outside it all looks well and fine (or at least until now) but on fragbite for example some h2k-players and former h2k-players commented and they are not happy with the organisation it seems. i gotta say that i wonder why, cause as u said they (the h2k organisation) have been almost doing more than u can expect from them by sending them to far away events. the players should instead be grateful that they did get the chance from h2k to go abroad and get that very valuable international experience and routine.

there always be some troubles between an organisation and a (ex) player or certain (ex) players. This is something you also see irl: Do any of you always agree with their boss? If so, please let me know where you work, so I can apply! Or in other sports: Look at WK, French team (no offence). In every situation where you have a person and someone responsible for this person you will have these "problems".

yeah, you're right. but there must be a bigger disagreement than just "differences" between the two parts if players from the team are commenting the matter in public, so to speak.

As long as both players and organisation fulfill their responsibilities and promises, its all good. Slight differences are present everywhere but you should always look at the brighter side of it. H2K have sent their team to major tournaments without complaints which in itself is a very good thing if you compare them to other organizations.
