fnatic set for MSI BEAT IT final

fnatic are in the MSI BEAT IT Grand Final following their triumph over Lions on de_dust2 and de_train, 16-10 and 16-8 respectively.

Starting out on de_dust2 as Terrorists, the audience witnessed a strong Lions lineup acquire five straight rounds, shortly after turning it to seven while fnatic could only get their hands a hold of two.

fnatic stepped up their act and turned two rounds into seven, now also creating a tie between the two. The last round would belong to fnatic, who were now in a 8-7 lead.

Switching sides, Lions managed to cop the first round but a successful purchasing attempt from fnatic turned the game around to a 5-1 advantage, now having set the overall score to 13-8.

Moving on to de_train, Lions once again got off on the brighter side, but round three saw fnatic retaliate to turn the scoreboard around to their advantage.

As the teams commenced on de_train, Lions once again got off on the brigher side, but not in the same fasion as they displayed on de_dust2. Both teams fought in an equal pace, but in the end fnatic would overcome Lions to post a 8-7 lead as the first half concluded

The remainder saw Lions score two rounds, whereas fnatic claimed the match by sealing three.

As the teams commenced on de_train, Lions initiated with a minor lead, but far from what they displayed on de_dust2. fnatic caught up with them and maneuvered the first half into 8-7 to their own advantage.

The second half would see fnatic steamroll Lions in an orderly fashion, as they claimed nearly all rounds as their own, only leaving one for Lions. The match was ultimately concluded when the scoreboard displayed 16-8 to fnatic.

With fnatic's stint, they have successfully been granted a slot to the Grand Final where they will take on either Evil Geniuses or TyLoo, depending on the outcome of their match.

The final has been scheduled to 04:30 CET tomorrow morning, while the third-place decider will commence shortly after the match between Evil Geniuses and TyLoo concludes.
