Online-Kingdom win Futurtech5

Portuguese side Online-Kingdom came out victorious of Futurtech5 after seeing off defs on two maps.

Online-Kingdom who had been grouped together with PLAYON, Torrados and ForFun had seemingly no problems making it out of their group, managing to overcome all three contenders without any loss. The opposite group featured two major players, paranoids and defs, whom both also advanced to the semifinals.

As paranoids secured second-place finish in their group, they had to take on Online-Kingdom in the semifinal, a match that would end 2-1 in favor of the latter. defining stars clinched against PLAYON, a match-up to no trouble for the team.

Online-Kingdom and defs started out on de_inferno, seeing OK overpower defs to post a scoreline of 16-4. Moving on to de_train, defs put up a better fight, but it was still not enough to overcome OK who came out victorious with the score of 16-10.

Futurtech5 final standings:

1. Online-Kingdom - €600, qualified for Gaming Tour 2010
2. defs - €400, qualified for Gaming Tour 2010
3. paranoids - €200, qualified for Gaming Tour 2010
4. PLAYON - Hardware

Top three teams have qualified for the Gaming Tour 2010 event which will be held sometime in December in Braga.

Nice price money? The travel expenses was probaly more for everyone beside #1, and even theirs is close to nothing O.o ... or is it just laughable cheap to live in Portugal?

portugal is a small country, all of this teams live near the lan so it isn't much expensive... most of times the qualifiers don't have prize money here in portugal, so i have to say is a good prize.
