SLAP LIVE #21 groups drawn

The groups for the twenty-first edition of SLAP LIVE have been draw and the competition is ready to kick off on Friday in Copenhagen.

Now you might wonder where the difference between the SLAP LIVE #21 tournament and Komplett Gamer Challenge #2 is. The SLAP LIVE #21 tournament will act as a qualifier for Komplett Gamer Challenge #2, for a more detailed description of the tournament structure please stay tuned.

The group stage for SLAP LIVE #21 sees eight groups of three teams, where the first-placed team in each group will advance to the KGC #2 group stage. You will find the eight groups and the 24 teams attending below:

There will be three rounds in the group stage, the first will kick off at 19:00CET, the next at 20:00CET and the last at 21:00CET. The eight teams advancing from this group stage will enter the KGC #2 group stage.

Now you might be confused about the whole structure, to help you understand, please have a look below.

Keep in mind, that the Komplett Gamer Challenge #2 is in the end all about a showdown between Denmark and Sweden, meaning it will be a team from each country to end up in the overall final.

* Groups have been change due to some minor errors, seeds 1-8 did not change groups.

Actually it would've been funny to see e.g. Na'Vi aligning the danish SLAP-contestants, as I don't suppose they've made regulations against foreign country signups.. this busting up the wish for a (IMO) bloated showdown between Denmark and Sweden.

just remember after the groupstages the teams will be playing the not seeded teams like mTw and fnatic and such they are in KGC groupstage
