SK in narrow win over HWA

SK Gaming have won their first group stage match, but it was not without struggle as their fight against HWA produced a 16-14 result.

The two teams engaged their encounter on de_dust2, which saw SK start out the best as they were able to post a nifty scoreline of 11-4 as Terrorist when the first half-time was due.

However, when the teams swapped sides, things did not exactly turn out to go SK's way. The Swedes were able to gather another three rounds, while Hardwarearena were following close behind with their ten.

SK Gaming, who were now in the lead by four, could not comprehend the Turkish powerhouse and the two sides tied up at 14-14. As things were looking threatening for SK, they ultimately clinched in and sealed the two remaining rounds.
