mTw hold SK to draw

mTw came from behind to hold SK Gaming to a 15-15 stalemate to leave everything in Group A up for grabs.

The Swedish side started off on the defensive side and really put the map's CT advantage to good use as they won the opening five rounds.

mTw then reduced their deficit with a solitary round but SK got right back into the game and put a stop to most of their opponent's rushes. The Danish team's strategy was producing no results, and so SK comfortably went into the break up 13-2.

mTw make second half comeback

The second half was the polar opposite, as mTw showed a refreshing look and came out really strong as CT, winning the first four rounds. SK then got their 14th round and many thought it was game over for mTw, but the Danes kept winning rounds and an epic comeback seemed to be in the making.

As mTw made it 14-13 in favour of SK, the Swedish giants kept their cool and won one more round to secure two match points. However, the last two rounds went to mTw as the scoreboard showed 15-15.

Yeah the all what they need to do was securing spots on CT. When the team need to show their skills as TT they failed.

it will. If sk loses against fx and MYM loses then SK takes third place if sk wins against fx their at third place, even if MYM wins. if sk loses aggainst fx and MYM wins their match then MYM is at third place. so 66.5%/33.5% in favour of sk ;)

When mTw were getting owned in first half I reminded myself of how famous mTw are in come backs, and how good they are in CT in train. Using that I was SURE mTw would make a come back. Was disappointed in minet making noise in that important round though, could have won them the game and be the best comeback so far this year O.o

yeah exactly lol They especially did that in mTw's best year (2008), when everyone thought they were down and out they just came back out of no where. I'm beginning to wonder if they do that intentionally in their tradition to put up a show lol, I know that's completely untrue but it were true I wouldn't complain. Everyone's entertained that way anyway.

well, imo, I think if he really lacked that much ingame IQ then his teammates would have replaced him long time ago. Everybody can fail in pressure situations, especially when you know you where down by 12-3, even considering how experienced he is. Give the guy a break.

If minet didn't make that silly mistake (sound which reveals his position to face), mTw could have won. It was an incredible game nonetheless. cArn and dsn are doing so well while f0rest, GTR, and Gux are struggling fighting for the last spot to go through. Kinda ironic eh? Way to break up one of the best line-ups of all time.
