We chat with Joe Miller from ESL TV, first of all about his lost bet with Carmac, but also about the tournament currently taking place in Kiev. At the end of the interview, Joe enters a bet with yours truely, regarding which team will win the event.

Tomorrow you will be able to see Joe Miller topless on ESL TV, as he lost his bet with Carmac. Electronic Sahara did not advance as Joe predicted them to, meaning he will have to cast topless in a half (or maybe more), in one of the matches to be played.

why :) ? WCG commentators has no clue, they know basic things about the game. Joe knows a lot, and he's funny as hell. At least it's what I think xD

the wcg commentators are the same from WCG 2003 they know a LOT but they usually try to make the game friendly for the watchers who don't know as much

agree with that, it's nice that he add some background information about players, but man he mentioned hltv.org top 20 list like 80 times in a day without exaggerating XD, and sometimes he really does talk crap. but anyways he has to be commentating about all the games so it's a hard job to keep all the stats and info from games in his head

i like joe, he a good presenter... but his knowledge of cs isn't really THAT good. hes a million times better than thorin (thank god hes gone) but it would be so much better imo if he cast with an ex-pro or someone who is playing at the top level currently

Joe knows his position in the game perfectly, best commentator imo. One more bet? Let's see if he can redeem himself, the Na`Vi loss against Lions was kind of a disappoint to me.

Joe miller is by far the best commentator i know, its always a pleasure to watch stream with him commentating, he gets you hyped up for the match and its really exciting to live the match through the stream with Joe. Please, dont ever quit commentating cs matches.

Think it is Sunde, thats gonna cast with him, as Joe talks about. Sunde talks good english and has "alot" of humor, and he knows the game. Or Maybe Walle..:D

I really can't think why anyone would dislike Joe as a commentator/person. He always brings up his own personality and opinionsa as a commentator (and even as a person like a said :D). Joe is just an amazing to listen and watch, he's doing perfect job :)

joe is amazing...he doesnt seem that "far out of the loop" when it comes to cs, he knows the teams, and he follows the game quite well, as im assuming he casts for more than one game. Thorin, is the most abysmal commentator ever. Just boring and bland. Would love to see him with lurrpis, sunde, or even spawn/heaton in the future :-D

i like his commentating, he clearly enjoys what he does and takes an interest in it, his accent isnt annoying and he tries to make it fun. that checks the boxes for me, i dont know why he gets so much hate.
